Recruit the Owners Engineer teams for technical and commercial management of the £600m EPC contract.
Report to the Board on project progress
Manage the interface with PD Ports (Landlord)
Develop and install a backup power supply from the DNO (Northern Power Grid)
Act as Employers Representative and named in the EPC
